This approach reduces waiting times for pre-determinations, empowering team members to confidently schedule or proceed with same-day dentistry while considering financial implications.
A/R Services & Payroll Services
Includes all direct deposit, allocations, insurance and patient A/R collections
Clients can significantly reduce their current clinic accounts receivable (A/R) and maintain clear, up-to-date patient ledgers. Our team of experts will handle all insurance direct deposits efficiently.
Service Setup
Once you decide to sign up for ViDA-Connect, our team will initiate the setup process to get your service started. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days from the launch of our service to when your clinic begins receiving live service. Below are the steps that will guide you through the process from start to finish:
1. Diagnostic run by your tech support on our remote computers for peace of mind.
2. Installation of 1 or 2 modems for remote connection to your clinic.
3. Establishment of a communication portal on WhatsApp with your current admin team.
4. Live service initiation.
HIPAA Compliance
Just like your clinic. during the setup of your clinic’s remote services, your tech support team will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic check on our computers which will ensure our
compliance. Our remote office is serviced and monitored by Support for DDS, the same trusted tech support used by hundreds of dental offices across Canada for ensuring clinic safety and patient data privacy.
Contract
We operate on a subscription basis, allowing you to choose the duration of service that best suits your needs. We are confident that once dental clinics experience our services, they will see an average increase in overall production and decrease in payroll, leading them to continue with us regardless of signing a long-term contract.
Fee
$2500 per month + HST
